Coming from centre… from deep within … I connect to my heart and soul and all that is important to me.
If I feel lost or confused or just out of sorts, I go to nature …and again go within.
The forest and woodlands are my ‘Safe Haven’.
From within, I can look out and feel safe…protected.
I wasn’t at first sure what was to come forth. I had to connect with my intuition and just let it flow. The energy of the sky was already feeling warming … but then I felt this surge of rising strength lift me up and the trees began to emerge.
