'Jewels before me'

At the end of the day after running an art and meditation workshop ...when all was quiet and I was just in my own space…I was ready to relax through creating something colourful…to express the gift I felt I had received.

Something a little different than usual as this time I used only watercolours. So, in addition to the painting you see… here are the words I received through spirit as I gazed into my completed painting:

“Look for the gift(s)… in each circumstance; each day; each week; each season. Where there is pain, look from whence it came. Notice your thoughts, your language - inner and outer; your actions and shift your attention to what brings you joy.See the colours; the contrasts; the jewels before you. Choose love and kindness in all you see, hear and speak …for they are truly what matter the most.”
